I think that the most profound thing I'm learning as we go through this whole business of Empowering Kingdom Growth is that I need to learn this stuff as much as anyone in the pews does. I'm sure that the things that God is teaching me needs to change me FIRST before it can change anyone else.

I have to agree with you. I really believe I am getting more facilitating this training than the others in our group. God is teaching me things that seem so basic but it's as like I have never seen it before. Funny how that works!
