Hello all! I know that not too many people read this blog, but I wanted to state something here for the record: Why is it that Pastors are always supposed to be "up"? Why is it we always have to be happy and upbeat? I'm not sure I think it's proper for that to be a part of the life of a pastor. I think it seems to be portraying an attitude that says, "Hey! Look at me! I've got it all together and there's nothing wrong in my life!" I have to say that that just isn't true!

Today I sit here and rehash the past 12-18 hours of my life. In it, I have seen people misunderstand, misquote, misjudge and flat out misrepresent. I'm frustrated because I know that the way things SHOULD BE is NEVER the way things ARE! And so I brood sometimes. I sit back and think and wonder, "Why? Why does it have to be this way? Why can't we just understand that the things that happen, happen for a reason and that God is still in control? Why do we have to be so manipulative and controling?"

I really wish I had the answer, but I don't. If you are reading this, you are probably interested in my life, and my ministry or both. And I thank you. But I would like to ask you to pray for me right now. I'm in desperate need of an uplift from my God. Thank you very much, and God bless you!

I also pray were not the ones your talking about here. Your in our prayers. Continue to rely of God and he will provide your answers.

John 16:33 In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.

Hang in there brother. I know how you feel all to well. I wish I had the answers but I am just as confused. The only answer I am getting in my life is to seek the Lord and wait patiently. I use to think a lot of things were really clear but why are there so many roadblocks. The only thing I can think of is people. Some people are called to lead, others are to follow. Then there are those that choose to lead when not called. I tend to believe this is were trouble starts. Free will is a tough thing. I hope I am not one of those you have addressed in you blog and if I am I apologize. The only thing I know is the one that has the answers. I just need to sit and wait for that answer.
