We have a new church website full of all kinds of bells and whistles. I hope that any of you who venture into this new site will take the time to check out all that it has to offer. I'm excited about this for a number of reasons.

First, we now have the opportunity to attract more and more people to our church because of this website. In the very near future you will see video, audio sermons and welcomes, pictures, and many other very cool features that will help people get to know us before they ever walk through the doors of FBC.

Second, we have the opportunity to connect on a deeper level during the week. As you blog, chat, submit articles, listen, encourage and edify, I want you to know that you are "building up the body of Christ." It may seem like just a little thing, but many little things can add up to one HUGE thing.

And lastly, we have the opportunity to be more intentional about our evangelism to our lost world and communities. How many of you would be more willing to say to someone you're considering inviting to church, "Why don't you check out our website?" instead of trying to answer all of their questions by yourself? So use this website for your evangelism, remembering that it's just a tool...not a replacement for your involvement in evangelism.
